When you place an order with us, we collect:

- Your delivery or pickup address
- The items you ordered, fulfillment preferences, and any notes you provide
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number
How we use your information
We use your information only for the following purposes:
- Preparing and delivering your order
- Sending you updates about your specific order (received, ready, out for delivery, delivered)
- Responding to questions you send us
- Improving our service and menu over time based on aggregate trends
- Complying with applicable laws (such as tax records)
SMS / text messages
Your phone number is used for order updates only. We never sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes — period.
If you opt in to text updates when placing an order, you'll receive transactional texts about that order: confirmation, status updates, pickup or delivery notifications, and occasional follow-ups about your specific order.
Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Message frequency varies based on your order activity.
To stop receiving texts at any time: reply STOP to any message we send. To get help, reply HELP.
How we share your information
We share your information only with vendors that help us run the business, and only to the extent needed:
- Stripe — to process your payment securely
- Twilio — to deliver text message notifications about your order
- Supabase — to store your order in our internal database
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use it for any third party's marketing.
How long we keep your information
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and legal purposes (typically 7 years for financial records). You can ask us to delete other personal information at any time by emailing us — see contact below.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask us what information we have about you
- Ask us to correct information that's wrong
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Opt out of text messages at any time (reply STOP)

Children
Our service is intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
