These terms apply when you order from Dolce Canalle LLC. We've kept them short and readable. If anything's unclear, just email us — we'll explain.
Who we are
Dolce Canalle LLC is a Michigan limited liability company at 3520 Weldon Dr SW, Grandville, MI 49418. We make Peruvian-inspired desserts for pickup and local delivery.
Placing an order
- Orders are confirmed only after payment is processed successfully through Stripe.
- Pickup and delivery times are estimates; we'll text you with updates if anything changes.
- We make our desserts to order — please plan ahead, especially for delivery.
Allergens & ingredients
Our kitchen handles dairy, eggs, wheat, and tree nuts. If you have a food allergy, please tell us in the order notes — we'll do our best to accommodate, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Refunds and adjustments
If something's wrong with your order — wrong item, late delivery, anything not up to standard — call or email us within 24 hours. We'll make it right with a refund, replacement, or credit. We'd rather hear about a problem than have you be quietly disappointed.
Delivery
- We deliver up to 35 miles from Grandville, MI.
- Delivery fees vary by distance and are calculated at checkout.
- You're responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery during the agreed window. If we can't deliver and have to return, the delivery fee is non-refundable.
SMS / Text Message Program
Program: Dolce Canalle Order Updates
Description: When you opt in by checking the SMS box at checkout, we'll send you transactional text messages about your specific order — confirmation, when it's ready or out for delivery, and a thank-you when it's complete.
Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your order activity (typically 3-5 messages per order).
Message and data rates may apply. Standard text message rates from your wireless carrier apply. Dolce Canalle does not charge for SMS — your carrier may.
To stop: Reply STOP to any message and we'll remove you from the list. You'll get one final confirmation that you've been unsubscribed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number is used only for order-related communication. We do not sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their marketing.

Intellectual property
The Dolce Canalle name, logo, recipes, and visual identity belong to Dolce Canalle LLC. Photographs of our desserts are ours unless credited otherwise. You're welcome to share photos of your own order on social media — please tag us!
Limitation of liability
We do our best to make every dessert delicious and every delivery on time, but we're a small bakery and things occasionally go wrong. Our liability for any single order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under Michigan consumer protection law.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
